My name’s Alex Micklos, and before Viada Property Services came to life, I spent years in construction with dust on my boots, learning by doing and embracing every challenge. I earned my Bachelor’s in Business with a certificate in Project Management, blending hands-on experience with the skills to guide crews, streamline logistics, and keep projects moving forward. The name Viada comes from my mom’s maiden name, chosen to honor her strength and the foundation she gave me. Today, I lead with knowledge, care, and a people-first approach. I will be bringing fresh energy and real solutions to every home and property we serve.
